I offer private birth herbs consultations that focus on your personal needs, questions, and are specific to you in preparing for labor and birth. I will help you craft a ‘Birth Herbs’ kit to use at home or to take with you to the birth center or hospital. These consultations are like classes that will answer many of the questions you have about what is safe to use, how much to use, when to use them and how to make your own home preparations.
